We should have a go back function to the previous page. Any information that was input should be automatically saved prior to going back function.
Under professional qualifications, right after the question “Does the provider use an outside or contracted radiology group for interpretations?” The next series just has a Name, last name etc… This should be clearly defined as please provide the Interpreting Physicians contact info. There should be an option that says if the interpreting physician is the same as the medical director, there should be an auto populate function.
Documents are editable in the “read only” view during Pending Review.
Once you’ve added a technologist, you must click on their name to complete the process. I didn’t get this yesterday when I added the technologist. Can we merge the two? Or add a “complete your technologist”, something to let the user know there is more that needs to be done.
Technologists were added, but they state “incomplete”. Do these need to be approved on the back end? If so, we should include a disclaimer.

once all documents are uploaded, had to hit refresh to confirm that step was completed. can it auto update (and highlight the image) when the final doc is uploaded?

Once a document has been attached, there is no option to go back to the documents section. There is a “back to Application” option, but that takes you too far back. Once the document is uploaded, can it kick you back to the documents page? Or include a button for “back to documents”
